1. Data Controller

2. Data Collected
We collect the following data to ensure the operation of the platform:
- Identification data: name, surname, email address and profile image.
- Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe; Vibyng only receives confirmation of completed transactions.
- Interaction data: comments, reactions, survey participation and activity logs required to assign Vibyng Points.
- Technical data: IP address, device type and identifiers used for security and app optimization.
3. Purposes of Processing
Data is processed for:
- Service delivery: management of profiles and transactions between artists and fans.
- Reward Economy: calculation and updating of Vibyng Points based on user behavior.
- Security: anti-fraud monitoring and community protection.
- Analytics: providing artists with anonymized engagement statistics (basic analytics).
4. Legal Basis
Processing is based on the performance of the contract (Terms of Use), compliance with legal obligations (tax matters) and the legitimate interest of the controller (security and service improvement). Direct marketing takes place only with explicit consent.
5. Data Sharing
Data may be shared with:
- technical service providers, hosting providers and payment gateways;
- artists, limited to data relating to their supporters for the delivery of benefits;
- competent authorities where required by law.
6. Data Transfers to Third Countries
Some technical providers used by Vibyng are based outside the European Union, particularly in the United States of America. Specifically: Railway (server hosting), Firebase (push notifications), Cloudinary (media storage) and Stripe (payments). Such transfers take place in compliance with the safeguards provided by the GDPR, including the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. Data Retention
Data is retained for the time strictly necessary for the purposes described. Data relating to financial transactions is retained for 10 years in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
8. Data Subject Rights
Users have the right to request access to their data, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction of processing and data portability. These rights may be exercised through the account settings or by contacting technical support at support@vibyng.com.
9. Security
We adopt advanced technical measures, including encryption, rate limiting and secure sessions, to protect data and prevent abuse of the Reward Economy.
